What about condos vs. house

I’m living in Upper Dicayas, Dipolog now. We have a modest house and the usual province annoyances — scooters, noise, and of course, the roosters. I try to keep a good attitude about it, and I remind myself the rent is only ₱8,500.

I’ve looked at other places online, but nothing has really excited me enough to make a move. Most of the houses listed are fully furnished, and that creates another problem: what do I do with all the furniture I’ve already bought?

I’ve also thought about moving to a condo. But even then, many units seem to be furnished as well. Ideally, I’d like something with a pool and places to eat or shop nearby.
